Tony Stone, B.S., M.A.
Academic Coordinator

Born 1978 in Chicago, IL, Tony is currently a certified reading teacher and team leader at West Creek Middle School. He also participates in several activities which include: Destiny Toastmasters’ Public Speaking Club, Director of Man2Man Ministries, Adult Sunday School Teacher, Advisor to Chain Breakers (APSU Student Organization), and a member of Teacher Education Association.

Teresa Smith
Academic Coordinator

Teresa Smith is currently employed with the Department of Defense Domestic  Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools; Kentucky District, Fort Campbell, Ky. She attained her Bachelors Degree from Tennessee State University and is currently working towards an endorsement as a Reading Specialist. She has been a Special Education Educator for 21 years, and has taught in four states and overseas. Teresa enjoys working in her ministry as a Girl Scout Leader, and she is the Treasurer for the Outreach Ministry at Abundant Life Outreach Center. Teresa and her husband Kevin are the proud parents of four boys.

James Poindexter, B.S., M.A.
Academic Coordinator

Mr. Poindexter currently works as a faculty member in the Christian County School system. He has experience working as a Mathematics/Reading/ACT Instructor at Sylvan Learning Center, Mathematics Instructor @ Advantage Learning Center, Study Skills Instructor @ APSU Tri-County Upward Bound Program, and offering his own JP Tutoring Service (Private Tutoring Business);his service has assisted children, young adults, and adults to ability to reach their academic goals. He organized a basketball team and dedicates time to coaching. James works with youth on a weekly basis in his church's children's church. He also served as a recreational leader in his church's after school program.

Diane Reyes
Activities Coordinator

Diane Reyes is currently a senior at Austin Peay State University where she is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Education. She has been a Children's Church Teacher at Abundant Life Outreach Center for seven years. Diane volunteers her time each week as a Girls' Scout Leader where she teaches young ladies leadership skills, planning, and management of life skills and responsibilities. Diane also volunteers time on a weekly basis as a Home Bible Study teacher and administrative assistant. She serves on the Children Church committee as the Financial Director.

Natasha Baldwin, LPN
Promotion Coordinator

Natasha is a licensed practical nurse and a former pharmacy technician; she has over 9 years of experience in the health care field. She is currently employed at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. She has experience in medical surgical nursing, operating room nursing and clinic nursing. Ms. Baldwin has been a volunteer for two years at King’s Pride Home Education Co-op Group, where she has lead classes in music, praise-expression, writing and self-help. She has dedicated time on a weekly basis for the past 6 and half years as a Children Church worker. Natasha has also taught health promotion workshops in the community.

Gabrielle Ellis
Administrative Coordinator

Ms. Ellis is currently a college student at Hopkinsville Community College. She is a member of the singing group, Xample. Gabrielle travels around the country singing and being an example to other youth and young adults. She volunteers weekly at her local church assisting with administrative needs, helping youth, planning activities, and in other areas as needed.

Antonette Miles
Assistant Administrative Coordinator

Antonette is currently an active duty soldier in the National Guard and has been in the military for 6 1/2 years. Ms. Miles is pursuing an Associate's Degree in x-ray technology. She has over five years experience working with children ages 5-17. Antonette also is a volunteer with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville.
